• 1 Core & Shell - Starting with the unfinished shell the space is finished out as an open working environment which optimizes the efficiency of the trades that are now uninhibited by drywall and other fixed in place elements. Floors, ceilings, painting, sprinkler and overhead lighting are all built into an open space much like "lining the envelope", which enhances labor efficiency and reduces material waste. We then can furnish the Interior space with products that enhance flexibility while significantly reduces the time to do so. With the floor and overhead infrastructure in place floor coverings and finishes can be completed on the core walls providing a "six sided box" ready to accept modular solutions.
• 2 Floors & Infrastructure - Raised floors create a technology platform for installing electrical, cabling and HVAC easier and faster than overhead applications. Ductwork, cable trays, power-poles, coring and other means of distribution are eliminated reducing the cost of the overall initial project and cutting up to 90% of future reconfiguration costs.
• 3 Divide Space with Walls - Moveable Walls are pre-engineered as complete tilt-up units inclusive of doors, frames, hardware, glazing, finishes, electrical, data, baseboard and trim that can be installed quickly and efficiently in the finished shell.  
• 4 Define Work Areas with Systems Furniture - Workspaces are defined with Systems Furniture product applications unique to each Client. Compatibility is planned in ahead of time through electrical and cabling interface with the raised floor.
