QPM Online is available through any Internet-connected web browser. Use this option to query the QPM database to retrieve project schedules, order status, punchlists, and more.
Email access is available via Outlook Web Access through any Internet-connected web browser. Use this option to check your email from home or while traveling abroad.
Remote access to common desktop applications is available via Terminal Server. Use this option to run Team Design, ProjectSpec, QPM, etc. from home only.
Browse to http://www.facilitec-inc.com/tsweb and answer YES when prompted to install new software. At the Remote Desktop Web Connection screen, enter "www.facilitec-inc.com" in the Server box, select "Full-screen" and confirm the "Send logon information for this connection" box is unchecked. Press the CONNECT button and enter your network User ID and Password to login.
You will be presented with a Terminal Server virtual desktop. Select an icon to run Team Design, QPM, ProjectSpec, etc. During any remote access session, use the yellow MINIMIZE button at the top center portion of the screen to switch to your home computer's desktop. Always remember to select START/SHUTDOWN/LOGOFF when you are finished.
Disconnected and idle sessions will be automatically shutdown after 3 hours of inactivity. |
