Facilitec employs installation technicians, certified in various lines of furniture installation. Each installer has been tested on all product lines and associated electrical components. Manufacturer field engineers certify Facilitec's technicians and introduce new product lines and upgraded installation information during their visits.

Facilitec strives to provide a safe work environment for our employees and customers by adhering to the rules and guidelines dictated by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. Installers are trained by certified O.S.H.A. instructors and cover topics such as chemical hazard communication, fall protection, ground-fault protection, general safety and health provisions, personal protective and life saving equipment, fire protection and prevention, scaffolding and air quality.

Warehousing & Inventory Capabilities

Facilitec's 40,000 sq. ft. Phoenix warehouse is fully racked and ready to accommodate our clients' temporary and long-term storage needs. Facilitec has managed inventories for several customers over the years on a local and regional basis, including Bank One, Wells Fargo, M&I Thunderbird Bank, Enterprise Rent-a-Car and General Dynamics.

Facilitec utilizes AssetWin from Asset Systems, Inc. as its asset management system. AssetWIN incorporates all components necessary to implement a successful, long-term asset management solution. With complete integration of bar code technology, manual data recording on asset additions, relocations, or deletions is eliminated. For managing contract furniture, AssetWIN supports SIF file imports and exports, providing compatibility with industry standard specification tools. This unique feature eliminates the need to manually create product descriptions, increasing data consistency and accuracy so crucial to reutilization of a furniture inventory.
