Customer service can be compromised on small projects when traditional large project resources are applied. To remedy this problem, we created the Quick Response Team (QRT). The QRT is an assembly of project managers, designers and installers who are dedicated to managing routine move, add and change projects. By focusing on projects of limited scope and complexity, the QRT program works like an express lane at the grocery store, offering an alternative to significantly slower traditional methods of project execution.
