Sales and Marketing Account Representatives are not only trained in the menu of product solutions, but in listening to your requirements to orchestrate your team of Facilitec resources to best address your project -- large or small -- effectively. Your Account Manager will work with Design & Planning to apply problem solving to your appropriate product solutions. In response, AutoCAD generated layouts and specifications will be generated and reviewed with you for approved implementation. We work in tandem with your project consultants to provide furnishings information integral to the construction process such as critical dimensions, installation criteria and electrical/data interface.
Sales and Marketing is supported by our Project Management department on every project to manage the schedules of our manufacturers and expectations of our customers. Integral to our infrastructure is our QPM (Quality Process Management) group which monitors and updates schedules for the Project Team.
